Who needs a "modern" building with "pretty rooms" and "clean floors".
This interior is in the heart of Elysian Island with a generous amount of space. The perfect location for your workers to cool off, or for the people who do "paperwork" to do whatever "paperwork" they might have.
This MLO is situated right inside of a well enclosed lot, perfect for large gatherings outside in a safe enclosed area, or for you to do your own propping to suit your need. (This is not an included service, but I encourage you to learn how to do it! Its a very rewarding skill to have.)
Optimization was always in mind, while its not a very big interior, it should have minimal impact on the surrounding area. All rooms are properly portaled, flagged for increased culling where feasible, and assets are of reasonable sizes.
This resource features a version check script, you can disable this functionality by setting the l7y_media_disable_version_check convar to true. The relevant code is not escrowed. For more info see the about page of the store.

This asset utilizes FiveM's asset escrow system. This means that assets within the resource are encrypted, with some notable exceptions.
- All texture dictionaries are unencrypted as they utilize textures from elsewhere in the game. They can be modified at will.
- All original Rockstar assets that I've modified are not encrypted. Again, these are assets i've done little to change and do not wish to close off.
- The shell is unencrypted, this is to make modifying prop placements within the interior more feasible. Please note though that this does not include the various room details like the baseboards, door frames, window frames, or windows. (Support is not provided for making adjustments to the prop layout)
- Collision, ytyps, ymaps are not encrypted (they can't be).
This resource modifies the hei_po1_occl_01 occlusion ymap. If you have other instances of this ymap in other resources, you may need to manually edit one or the other to avoid occlusion issues for this interior or the other.
